 Beverly G. Whitaker, Certified Quality Auditor, CQA – Biomedical, & IRCA Lead Assessor is President of Indigo Consulting Group, LLC, a management consulting and training organization which specializes in U.S. , European Union and Canadian Quality System Compliance for Sterile Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, & Combo products.
Beverly served as chairman of an RAB accredited registrar’s (American Quality Assessors) Governing Board from 1994 until 1998 and served as a member of their Advisory Board for regulated and health related industries from 1998 - 2003. Beverly formerly served as Chief Microbiologist, Division Chief Microbiologist & Compliance Officer for Becton, Dickinson and Company where she successfully registered the Vacutainer / Labware organization for ISO-9002 and EN46002 (precursor to ISO 13485) in 1994. She has served as a lead examiner for the South Carolina Governor’s Quality Award and has spoken at the Annual Meeting of the Quality Auditing Division of the American Society for Quality. She obtained a BS in Microbiology from Clemson University and an MBA in Operations Management from the University of South Carolina. Beverly has over 25 years of experience in the assessment of critical suppliers and has specialized in crisis management, process validation and risk management activities. |
